Some specific tasks include:
- Filter after hours call outs for immediate actioning by WOSF ground staff or reallocate to day staff for actioning.
- Work after hours on an as needed basis to provide coordination and oversight of the on ground, on-call crews.
- Escalate after hour calls outs to senior management (if required).
- Provide high quality customer service over the phone and respond to client enquiries.
The successful candidate will meet the criteria set out in the Position Description.
This role is shared amongst numerous Council staff who hold the role for a week at a time. The role is activated each day when Council offices are closed.
